winforms - Can I host Windows Forms control in a Windows Store app? -


i want create windows store app , in host windows forms controls. possible?

the short answer no. pointed out in comments, windows store apps use xaml , not winforms, , run inside app container (modern ui) , cannot access desktop (where winforms works). also, windows store apps run in highly sandboxed environment , cannot run external desktop applications.
